Our call center is open 7 days a week so we’re sorry you had trouble reaching someone. We do however offer online cancellation options such as email cancellation, which is listed on our site, a contact form also on our site can be used for cancellation, as well as your customer portal where you can cancel the account yourself, whenever you life. Nevertheless, your account has been canceled, your monthly shipment was stopped and you have been issued a full refund.

cancel subscription and refund or void the $75 charge.

I decided against purchasing the product after the free trial, but have been unable to contact the call center on the 855 number provided. I tried calling for the past few days, my account was charged yesterday.

I don't understand how there is only a call in to cancel a free trial option, but can't get a hold of anyone to cancel the subscription. There should be an option to do it through a website or E-Mail. Now I'm being charged for a product I didn't want.

I would like a call back or e-mail back to get this situation resolved. I feel like I was scammed out of $75 dollars and I'm not happy.

Customers can buy them at local retail stores like GNC and Walgreens, they can buy single bottles or bundled bottle discounts directly from us, or they can purchase through the trial program. Our trial program allows customers to test the product for 18 days and make a determination if it is for them or not. At the end of the 18 day trial, customers who have not canceled are put into our subscription program. Customers may cancel any time during or after the trial period. The first communication we received from you, after ordering, is when you emailed to cancel 3 days after your monthly billing. Your account was canceled and you were issued return instructions on how to get a full refund. If you need additional help, please don’t hesitate to contact us back directly.

Problems with payment

tried the free 14 day trial but I never agreed to pay for any more.Now I have a charge on my credit card. They say no records of calling but I did and that was well before an 18 day grace period.

And they say it's in the confirmation email which I never received and explained that to them.

PURE CROOKS. Maybe a blog should here about this.

stop my auto renewal!! NOW

I was a dummy and thought I could get a sample and try it. Tried it didn't do anything so I figure, well I just won't buy any.

About 1 month later....surprise, surprise a new bottle shows up in my mail box. Surprise, Surprise I'm on a auto shipping program, and of course you have to call to cancel. I don't remember seeing anything on the web site that said if you get a "free" sample you are automatically enrolled in the auto renewal program.

I don't mind trying things to see if they work but I can not stand being deceived by a company by these sneaky auto renewal methods. Very very sad!

That you could use the product for up to 30-day and if it didn’t work for you, simply call us back and we’d help you with the returns process. You called back to us over 30 days later and your account was canceled at your request, the first time you asked. You were given information by the rep on how to receive a full refund. You were then subsequently issued a full refund.

I tried the 30 day free trial. I didnt notice any change that is advertised.

I called and was told that i should try it for 30 more days risk free and all my money will be returned including my original shipping of trial. I just have to return the bottles which i dont have to pay for. I went ahead and ordered it. Again...

No difference. Called customer care to cancel and the run around started. First i was told that its been cancelled and i dont need to return anything(Aug-16). No refund...

Called today(Aug-31) and was told that i need to return the bottles and i have to pay for shipping.

Bottomline: - Product doesnt work - It is NOT risk free and you never get your money back. Highly disappointed.

Nugenix - Iam running stool and losing weight.

Please cancel all orders of Nugenix Your product massive weight lose and runny stool. Iam not getting the energy boost that was promise and further some another company by the name of Zytest is claiming that in order for me to cancel my Nugenix that I would have to pay them a 35 dollar service fee to get your company to cancel all shipments and this have the makings of a scam.

I want this produce ended and I am not asking for a refund but do promise that if another bottle of your product is sent to me and any more money is taken from my account I will notify the State Credit Union to freeze any request for a withdraw and I shall inform Law Enforce. Both State and Federal. Your cooperation is appreciated in this matter.
