Received an email from Nugenix for their "Free, no obligation Trial". Said No charges would be put on my card.

I just received another bottle of their "Testosterone Booster" in the mail that 1- I DIDN"T ORDER, 2- They charged me over $70 for it. When I orginally resonded to the email from NUGENIX for their free tril offer, I read the fine print and checked the proper box that said I did not want to autorenew my "trial" and yet here I am out over $70 for something that is really just a vitamin after reading the ingredients. Also the fine print says in order for this to work, you must be involved in a rigorus workout program. Anyone that's done any research knows that working out rigorusly alone causes a rise in a mans testosterone level.

This is nothing more then a scam for over priced vitamins!!!! I'm going to be calling their CSR line to have a "discussion" about this wrongful charge. Just wish I hadn't used my debit card and used my credit card instead (alot easier to dispute a charge)!! Now I have to ask a company that apparently scams people, for my money back.

No, I don't expect them to refund my wrongfully taken money. Why should they? It would cost me far more in time and money to sue them then to write off $70+, but I have lots of free time on my hands due to being disabled, so the entire internet is going to be hearing my story, unless I get my $$$ back immediatly, along with an apology!! BTW, the bottle they sent and that I never ordered, is upopened and ready for return if needed.

If they don't request it, I will just throw them away as I already am under a nutritionists guidelines for supplements intake (no she wasn't happy I ordered them either). Is there ANY company out there not trying to screw the public, let alone disabled people out of $$$ these days?? I hope to update with better news.

Checking my bank account, I learn that Nugenix charged my debit card $74.98 on 6/13/18. Never received a phone call nor an email from Nugenix that they were charging my debit card money for a 30 day supply.

I never told them to re-order this product. Talk to Nugenix, and was told not to open the package and send it back. I would get a refund, but never told how long it would take.

I don't like to write negative reviews about companies unless they REALLY deserve it since I know that reviews can really make an impact on a company's reputation. That being said I am deeply dissatisfied with NUGENIX's shady tactics - There is a commercial out there which indicates you can try NUGENIX no strings attached by texting them and then they will send you a sample for FREE.

My husband wanted to try it as he was starting a new diet and workout routine and it seemed like a legitimate way for him to increase his energy levels - or at least it was worth a try for free. Also, for some reason I thought they were affiliated with GNC and that it would be safe to order the "free" trial.

I should have been skeptical when it asked me to provide my credit card for shipping. But I thought, hey, that is probably reasonable and my husband wanted to try it.

We received the sample very quickly and my husband had been using it (I don't know if he had any positive experience with it and that is not what this review is about).

I didn't think much else about NUGENIX until I woke up this morning with an alert on my bank account that a (approx) $75.00 charge had been deducted by NUGENIX. This (sadly) almost overdraft my account and I had not authorized the charge so I was extremely upset. It was too early to call, so I looked up reviews and found the other ones here that state the same sort of thing about fraudulent charges. Then I reviewed the "welcome" emails that I had gotten after signing up for the trial and at the VERY bottom in MINISCULE print there was a disclaimer that I would have to cancel within (18?) days or they would charge me full price for the product and continue to do so.

That is crazy, because when I signed up for the "free" trial it asked me if I was sure that I didn't want to go ahead and place an order for their product for a discounted rate? I said No, thanks. So WHY IN THE HECK would I want it at the full (ridiculous) price.

Of course, these shady tactics are necessary if your product can't speak for itself - a truly worthwhile product would not need to be peddled in such an unsavory manner.

So upset.

Good news is when I called the number and voiced my concerns they did immediately offer to refund my money. But now I have to wait on my bank with my super low balance so not cool NUGENIX, not cool.

When I talked to the girl on the phone I specifically asked her if there would be any future charges on my card, and she said no. I wake up this morning, and check my bank account, and there is a charge of 74.98 on my account.

I did not authorize this!

I have been calling trying to cancel my subscription and no one has been calling be back to cancel. I am very disappointed with the service and the company is purposely avoids communicating with customer that try to cancel following their free trial so they can impose their subscription charges. I would not recommend doing business with this company and their product itself it not worth the hassle and never had any effect on my energy and strength during my workouts at the gym

I am trying to cancel my account and can't reach the call center. I have emailed and now I am writing this review.

Please cancel asap. Jim Votendahl, Seattle WA. I feel like this is a scam. They say it is free, then they make it impossible to cancel.

I would not recommend this product or company. I would like my subscription cancelled immediately and a refund issues as the product did not work. Then you make it so you can't leave a review unless it is a hundred words to again discourage people from writing a review. Again, I would not recommend this product.

Did nothing for me. I have five bottles I didn't want sitting here if you would like to buy them back from me.

Nugenix - Good but maybe a little too much right now.

Gave me energy, improved my lobito, but gave me too much energy to where i couldnt even sleep well. Im 35 so maybe it will work better when im a bit older. Great product though, easy to use and does what it says. Customer service is excelent as well.
