I received the original trial product and did not realized that you were going to automatically enroll me into a continuous purchase program... The product is being shipped to my home in Odenton, MD.... and I would like you to cease all product shipments now and in the future....

I'm not sure why you need more details, but this will fail to transmit until I have a minimum of 100 words.... I not sure how many words it takes to indicate my desire to just cancel any/all orders of your product.

Cindy – You ordered a trial on 6/27 and were billed for the monthly unit 19 days later on 7/26. When you phoned in the next day on the 17th your account was canceled. You were issued a refund when you phoned in on 7/25. Banks generally take 3-5 business days to process refunds back into accounts. Unfortunately banks do not process them as fast as they do debits. I am still waiting on my refund. I called last tuesday and was told it would be back in my account within 3 to 5 business days.

Well today is the 5th business day and i am still waiting for it. I will be visiting my bank come tomorrow and let them take over in getting my money back. I was under the impression that it was a free sample no strings attached. The lady i spoke to told me that u guys give people 18 days to cancel but it wasn't even 18 days from the date I ordered it that your company took my money out of my account without my permission.

I just want my money, the product didn't help anyway.

Also, not a very good way to try to get a consumer back by throwing in sarcasm on an e-mail. Calling me a pissed consumer is a bit understated after seeing the title of the e-mail.

There is no box you can check when ordering the sample that allows you to indicate you already know you don’t want future orders. The only box present is one that states you acknowledge and understand the terms, and includes a copy of those. Customers who do not wish to receive future product may cancel their account ay any time, including during the 18 day trial period, and receive nothing else in the future.

I called and talked to a man who tried to get me to purchase additional products I told him I did not want to participate in the program and that I wanted to cancel my free trial and keep my sample free of charge he kept trying to get me to buy stuff I told him no and then he finally said that he cancelled my free subscription and I could keep my bottle free of charge but then I receive an email today that just said that I got charged $75

I think if this company and their TV Spokesperson actually told the audience their Free Trial comes with a price tag they would see a decline in business. I think if they actually were forced by the FTC to prominently disclose, not in tiny unreadable print, that not only did you have to pay an inflated shipping fee for the Free Sample but deceptively were signing up for a inflated subscription service there would be a huge decline in their business.

BEWARE: They give you nothing for FREE!

They will charge you an outrageous amount of money for anything the send you!

They will attempt to charge you for everything they possibly can. This site is theirs, is not neutral or unbiased, and they try to bury the complaints with pleasant sounding seemingly courteous replies claiming prompt customer service.
