Took the entire bottle that was a free trial sample pack and it did not affect me at all then I was shipped a new bottle unbeknownst to me then they charge my credit card and so I challenged that with my credit card company so I need to send your product back to you

To whom it may concern, I would appreciate a response to this email because there was a charge on my banck acct from you all that shouldn't be I did not authorize any payment to be taking out of my account for anything. I requested a free trail a few weeks ago and the only charge it required was $4.00 for shipping so how is it I get charged $74 dollars out of my account, I called a few months back to request my card to be removed and that I no longer wanted to receive any more nutrigenix products so why is my card still on file to be chargde??

I saw commercial for free trial just pay shipping. Sounded good so I ordered one free trial for my husband payed the shipping.

Received the free trial and thought it was done. Well not a week or two goes by, and I receive another bottle in mail. Nugenix total I think. Well that same day I called and spoke to Eugene #625 and told him I didn't order that and didn't want it.

He said in the fine print, if you didn't cancel it would send one every month until I cancelled! He said no problem that I was to tape it closed, write return to sender and write below it some letters and numbers. That you would receive it back in a day or two and within 24 to 48 hrs that my money would go back on my card. Then I asked how much you charged me?

74.00 and change! That was last Saturday I sent it back. It is now the following Saturday no money refunded to my card! I called last Wednesday and Mike said he sees that I shipped it back, but that you haven't received it yet.

I ordered just the free trial bottle and then started getting billed for more auto order and receiving bottles and being billed Contacted the company and was told to ship order back and they would credit my charges. this was total bogus.

Very misleading and done very suspiciously on their FREE TRIAL AD.I have read many other reviews since I noticed this and have seen numerous complaints of the same actions being done to other unsuspecting consumers.

These scams are far too many by companies like these and others and happens unfortunately was too often. The way they perform this misleading click and bait a person the buy an item and the actions that they and others need to be legally addrressed with severe consequences
