Nugenix - Excellent Customer Service

OK, come on people, you must know that when you give your CC number to a company and blow thru the fine print, you have authorized them to "auto-ship". It's just good business, don't take it personal. I put off cancelling and then got the charge for the auto-ship. I thought this would help with weight reduction but it doesn't do that. I wont take the pills. When I got hit with the charge I was ready to eat the cost, (my fault right?) The gal on the phone not only cancelled any further shipments, but happily offered instruction on how to get a FULL refund when I received my auto-ship. To Nugenix: when you start making a weight loss pill for my "old man" belly fat, I'll buy it on the auto-ship. Great company with a great business philosophy.

Poor customer service

I ordered my free trial of Nugenix and after the second day i got extremely nauseous and threw up all night and into the early hours of the morning. What is worse is that i emailed the nugenix customer support about cancelling the auto order program and have still heard nothing back.

James – It looks like your order was billed a few hours before you called in to us. When you spoke with the rep, she canceled your account and voided the charge from that day. You may have seen it pending for a day or two but then it disappeared. Please let us know if we can help in any other way
