They canceled your account and provided you with both tracking numbers that show the packages were delivered. You indicated to the representative you often have issues with your mail and that you would check with your neighbors and get back to us. Never received the free trial to see if I'd like the supplement, then charged the monthly subscription without receiving both the free trial or the actual subscription. I would just like a refund of my subscription.

It's been more of a hassle and inconvenience. I've been charged around $80 without even trying 1 supplement.
