Marc – You signed up for a trial on 1/22 and 18 days later, per the terms of the trial, you were charged for a full monthly supply. Not 3 days later. You contacted us after posting this review to inquire about your shipment, which was the first time you had contacted us since placing the trial order. As we indicated to you, it appears USPS lost your package in transit and we said we were more than happy to issue you a replacement free of charge or to issue you a refund. We’re sorry about the lost package, but we are happy to try and assist you if you will work with us directly.

Ordered the free sample.(paid for shipping) Three days later my debit card was hit for $75.This occurred approx.

6 weeks ago and never received product. Nugenix indicated that they would send product and charge my debit card after the 30 day trial period. I was charged renewal price in less than a week and never received any product. Apparently I'm not the only person they've done this too.Not a huge amount of money, but most people are not in the habit of paying for product or services they don't receive.
