Our call center is open 7 days a week so we’re sorry you had trouble reaching someone. We do however offer online cancellation options such as email cancellation, which is listed on our site, a contact form also on our site can be used for cancellation, as well as your customer portal where you can cancel the account yourself, whenever you life. Nevertheless, your account has been canceled, your monthly shipment was stopped and you have been issued a full refund.

I decided against purchasing the product after the free trial, but have been unable to contact the call center on the 855 number provided.I tried calling for the past few days, my account was charged yesterday.

I don't understand how there is only a call in to cancel a free trial option, but can't get a hold of anyone to cancel the subscription. There should be an option to do it through a website or E-Mail. Now I'm being charged for a product I didn't want.

I would like a call back or e-mail back to get this situation resolved.I feel like I was scammed out of $75 dollars and I'm not happy.

Preferred solution: cancel subscription and refund or void the $75 charge..

I liked: Quick delivery of free trial.

I didn't like: Product did not produce noticeable effects, I might have come back to this product but feel scammed now.
