You signed up for a trial of Nugenix, whereby at the end of the trial customers who do not cancel are placed into our auto replenishment program. Subsequent to your trial order, you also placed an order for several additional bottles, as a one time order. We have canceled your trial/auto-replenishment account for you after you contacted us. This agreement has turned out to be very different from what I originally believed I was agreeing to, I thought I was paying you only $200 and yet you continuously charge me. I don't want that.

I never agreed to pay you more money, not knowingly. I need you to stop charging me. I need you to release me from my service agreement.
