I ordered the free trail bottle and found out that i am unable to take it with my current heart medicine so I didn't even open the free trial bottle. I received A much larger bottle in the mail 2 weeks later that i didn't order but clearly there was fine print somewhere that I did not read.
I contacted customer service - and was greeted by a very friendly agent, (Ashley). She was courteous, prompt and transparent.
She offered me a couple of options for refund, was clear about the directions on how to return. I will drop at the PO tomorrow and see how it all works out in a few weeks.
