Jim – We received your email after business hours and it was processed first thing the following morning. Your account has been canceled and you were sent an automated confirmation of the same. Additionally, we have sent you information on return instructions for all bottles you may have. Your phone calls came in after business hours, which is why no one answered the call. There should have been automated message confirming the hours and that we were closed, so that you knew when you could call back. If you need any additional help, please don’t hesitate to contact us back directly.

I am trying to cancel my account and can't reach the call center. I have emailed and now I am writing this review.

Please cancel asap. Jim Votendahl, Seattle WA. I feel like this is a scam. They say it is free, then they make it impossible to cancel.

I would not recommend this product or company. I would like my subscription cancelled immediately and a refund issues as the product did not work. Then you make it so you can't leave a review unless it is a hundred words to again discourage people from writing a review. Again, I would not recommend this product.

Did nothing for me. I have five bottles I didn't want sitting here if you would like to buy them back from me.
