Poor customer service

I ordered my free trial of Nugenix and after the second day i got extremely nauseous and threw up all night and into the early hours of the morning. What is worse is that i emailed the nugenix customer support about cancelling the auto order program and have still heard nothing back.

Nugenix Free Testosterone booster was designed to be taken continuously. There is no cycling or on off periods that need to be performed with this product. We do recommend that customers cycle Nugenix Ultimate in 30-day periods though, and Nugenix Free Testosterone booster can be used instead during the off period for Ultimate.

James – It looks like your order was billed a few hours before you called in to us. When you spoke with the rep, she canceled your account and voided the charge from that day. You may have seen it pending for a day or two but then it disappeared. Please let us know if we can help in any other way

Good but maybe a little too much right now.

Gave me energy, improved my lobito, but gave me too much energy to where i couldnt even sleep well. Im 35 so maybe it will work better when im a bit older. Great product though, easy to use and does what it says. Customer service is excelent as well.

You called us on Aug 31st, you were offered a lower price on future purchases and your trial period was extended out to Nov 3rd. You called back in to us on Nov 7th and your account was canceled. At first i bought it in amazon for 39.99+shipping Then you contact me for enrolling in you program for 49.99 i said No Then a woman told me how about it for 45 dlls including SnH and said probably by dec. Be cause i could cancel any time, but next thing i saw this morning bang!!!!

She confirmed my shipments are now canceled and no more will be shipped. I cant take the pills and the smell and taste is awfull.

I was trying to call the actual phone number to the company for a month but no one ever answers the phone even during listed business hours.

I recieved 2 shipments i did not want already and do not want my credit card charged again. I would also like a refund on the unopened bottle and i will send it back.
